We are announcing changes to the method of paying compensation for scan rewards mentioned last time in the Medium article ‘The implementation of the customer verification system applied to Cryptobric has been completed’.

> Rewards for the entire month’s scan (once every week/maximum of four times a month) are compensated on the 15th (business day) of the following month.

<How to apply for automated compensation withdrawals of Scan Rewards
1. Press the ‘Redeem Points’ button on the My Information page to go to the ‘Redeem Points’ page.
2. Enter your information to check and exchange points and click the ‘Redeem Points’ Button.
3. If you click ‘Yes’ on the confirmation page to continue processing ‘Redeem points’ will be deducted in real time and CLBK will be sent to CLBK wallet equivalent to the number of points exchanged.
At this time, the KLAY in the user’s wallet will be deducted as a fee and points cannot be exchanged if you do not have the KLAY necessary for the fee.
Due to the changes to the payment methods, compensation for Scan rewards for the Crypto app conducted in February and March was not paid and you can process the payment automatically through individual withdrawal applications.
